    - I recommend Lee Taylor highly! Lee made my home purchase painless. He has a wealth of knowledge about home buying, current trends, home values, locations, knows everyone in all connections with home buying. He can refer you to anything you might need. I was a first time home buyer and extremely nervous. He's a straight shooter, will tell you the truth about a place, good and bad. He really knows what the market is doing now and later. I had no problems at all during the process. He guided me the whole way. Everything went smooth and fast! He did not fail me in any way. HE reads people well and guides you accordingly. Honest, helpful, informative and easy to talk to. He is a very positive up-beat guy, determined to get you in a house you love, perfect for calling it HOME.

Every block can be a new adventure and every neighborhood has it's cultural plusses and minuses--and in some case quirks. Lee Taylor has been in Atlanta for decades and he's deeply immersed in the many pockets of our unique Intown living. He's not going to paint a rosy picture of every spot you look--he's going to give you the truth so that you can make the right choice for your short and long-term future. He will also protect you from outside perimeter property assessment misses (as I had to deal with) and headaches that will are far too common from unscrupulous mortgage companies. He's a real asset.
